Computer Corner

This is a corner in my dining slash livingroom. That's my computer desk to the left, and of course, all of the photos are of Aaron and of others with Aaron. Jerrod, Aaron's best friend, and Jerrod's mom, Donna, put the large one together for me the day or so after Aaron was killed.

The one below it is a Marine frame that Fonzie, another friend of Aaron's gave me. It has a photo of Aaron, just like the one at the top of Gunz Up, and another one of Uncles Lonnie and Bennie, and Aaron.

The frame of many colors was a Christmas gift from Zach, Jess and Weston. It has Weston's handprint and pictures of him with Aaron and Zach.

I have a missing snapshot here. Actually this is one of two missing. I must have taken a shot of the floor instead of what I wanted to which was another larger 8x10 framed on the left side of my desk. Morales, a friend from OIF 1 and a Marine brother who named his son after Aaron (btw, Fonzie did too!) sent me some photos of them on the ship and elsewhere during OIF 1. The missing photo is one of my very favorite of Aaron. I've put it up before, and I will again sometime. After all, there are only so many photographs.

The hourglass Lisa gave me after Aaron was gone for 3 months sits next to this photo. It's a beautiful thing with the verse He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. It's out of Psalms and I think it's 141:3, but I could be wrong. I'm too lazy to get up and go look. I'm in the den as much as possible since I have a laptop now.
