This unidentified little girl attended the first annual Time of Remembrance on May 21, 2006. The memorial is for families of The Fallen from Iraq and Afghanistan to gather on the mall annually in Washington, DC and be honored for their loved ones sacrifice.
Since only family members could attend, this little angel is a survivor. She didn't seem too upset, but instead, charmed all of us who sat in the very back to get photos.
