Writings and musings on the eccentric beauty of sacrifice. Come journey and write with us. We are resolved to capture something positive in a troubled world and laugh when we can along the way. This, then, is dedicated in Loving Memory to LCpl. Aaron C. Austin, USMC KIA Fallujah, Iraq on April 26, 2004. Rock On...

I always wanted to do that in the Corps...
We had quite a few of those Marine Corps 'bikers' in Desert Storm. They acted as messengers within our theater of operations. Riding back and forth between unit commands...
Grueling bike course to qualify in CA.
Well, Baby Girl! Nic of you to pop-up, and yes, what about those teeth! :0
Gunz, I had no idea about the bikers. Aaron's just posing here. He was pretty good at that from the get go. This photo is from OIF 1 when they were on USS Rushmore.
Goodlooking hunks! I had a bike and loved it. To bad Kayla, mom and dad says NO! You have ballerina feet and legs.
Rich already had a bike, but he bought a Harley in Iraq! Maybe he'll give you a ride sometime, Angel Pie. Jump in, Little Bro!
You just never know what will get people talking.
Who'd thought it would be bikes and teeth? :) I love it.
Ok, I'm staying out of this one...much too dangerous.
However, the ride offer is always on the table:)
