Writings and musings on the eccentric beauty of sacrifice. Come journey and write with us. We are resolved to capture something positive in a troubled world and laugh when we can along the way. This, then, is dedicated in Loving Memory to LCpl. Aaron C. Austin, USMC KIA Fallujah, Iraq on April 26, 2004. Rock On...

I'm Irish! :)
De'on I don't think anyone ever thought to question the where abouts...I asked Papa one time about opur genealogy and he said what...I said you know Papa, our faimily tree..he laughed and said well that is easy they hung your family on the tree...I did get some information from him directly after that and mother shared some things ...you need to find out from Aunt Pearlie about the McCurry side but I think it is also lost ...Ireland has had so many wars both civil and world that it is my understanding records no longer exist...MOM
Hey, Gunz! Well Marine and Irish! No wonder I fell in love with you right off. And that explains the AC in your bedroom during the winter.
Greg says my "oven is a little hotter than most!" gotta love us!
That's sad about the records. I wonder if there'd ever be a way of finding out. With all that's happended in Ireland, that would be good to know which side of the world we came from.
