The photographs within this photo are of Charles Coulson. My great-grandmother, Emma Coulson must have been especially grateful he made it home from the war. He was the one I wrote about on December 7th. His and his shipmates' lives were spared at Pearl Harbor on that awful day.

When I lived in Dallas, I often got to visit with a sailor who survived Pearl Harbor. His mother, a great lady, lived next door to me, and he visited her frequently to check on her. I never tired of hearing about Dec. 7, 1941, and how Americans pulled together in an instant after the attack.
This group of pictures, with the blue star, is great.
Super nice picture De'on; I remember you writing about him back in December. :)
