Partners for Iraq: Sand and Rubble
THE MISSION CONTINUES
Writings and musings on the eccentric beauty of sacrifice. Come journey and write with us. We are resolved to capture something positive in a troubled world and laugh when we can along the way. This, then, is dedicated in Loving Memory to LCpl. Aaron C. Austin, USMC KIA Fallujah, Iraq on April 26, 2004. Rock On...

Goodnight, kids.
You know, I think that's the first picture I've seen of Steve. You all are a handsome bunch!
Thanks, Semper Fi Mom. Yes, we need more photos of Steve. Maybe I can get a few photos of him soon. He has the best laugh. I want you to meet him.
Geez, she put that awful pic up again! I look like I've swallowed a couple of tires or something. I'm going to sue De'on for custody of that pic, and then I'm gonna burn it!
We need new ones.
I want to meet him too (and you). The next time y'all get to town let's have lunch or something. Whatever works with your schedule. Hopefully that will be soon! We can take some new pics! ;)
