What hateful day for them?
This photo is taken from Aaron's collection of photos from OIF 1. Aaron was with the 15th MEU. After the initial invasion, he spent a great deal of time near Basra, under British command.
Although I'm not sure where this was taken at exactly, there are several photos like this where the "artist" has painted on a wall. This, of the Twin Towers, is the most telling.
