Writings and musings on the eccentric beauty of sacrifice. Come journey and write with us. We are resolved to capture something positive in a troubled world and laugh when we can along the way. Happy Thanksgiving to our men and women in uniform everywhere, those retired or former military, to all those who help protect us here at home and abroad... To include our first responders/emergency response personel. God Bless this country, it's citizens/families, and you! Semper Fi.
Oh, Gunz, you are so precious. I know it's not thought of when one thinks of Marines, as to be precious...but you are.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Steve will be here later to write about it.
I know yours was good...I think most of us have felt a sense of true thanksgiving and determination to spend time with family members.
Sometimes, many times, all of that feels so threatened. But maybe that same urgency should be in us everyday.
Well said De'on... :)
