Virgie Bell's View: HYPE-ocrites

No matter what, I still believe that the American People will support the troops. As usual the liberal loonies in Washington have a hard time separating fact from fiction. Probably because they are just so much fiction. Al Gore is tooling around the world in his own private jet doing his utmost the sell his book on global warming, and at the same time doing more than most small countries do to contribute to the very problem that he warns us about. As usual it is the old "everyone but me," mentality. It is not just true of the liberals; I saw Dennis Hassert drive away in one of those little things that runs on pabulum and mother’s milk and he went about two blocks, jumped into that old dinosaur guzzling SUV and tooled on home. It is do as I say and not as I do. But hey, they are the brains and we need their superior wisdom to make it through this nuclear minefield. If anyone is still asleep at the wheel, please wake up. Bush is up a little in the polls and I can't help but think it is our usual vote against someone that causes this. I think our troops know that the same people who believe in them and the military leaders who guide them are still upper most in our love and respect. They are daily in our prayers. Pay no attention to the idiots in Washington. Just be glad they are in DC and not out on the battlefield with you. At least we get to vote them out as well as in, while as far as our bold and our brave warriors are concerned...well, we will always SUPPORT THE TROOPS!
