Honor
Sgt. Rettenberger presents the father of Lance Corporal Aaron C. Austin, USMC, the Silver Star Medal, our military's third highest award. The ceremony took place at Texas Panhandle War Memorial in Amarillo, Texas on July 22, 2005. Austin was posthumously awarded the
Silver Star for his actions on April 26, 2004.
