The Crossing

Right before you get to Aaron's room. My buffet, photos of Aaron and Jamie; Uncle Lonnie, Aaron and Uncle Bennie. The little brass angel and candle set was Aaron's favorite Christmas decoration. It only cost a dollar so many years ago and the angels twirl around when the candles are lit and hit the little chimes with a small staff. The sound is beautiful. But alas, we're on our last candles. You can't find them anymore!

The small nativity set was given to me one Christmas by Aaron. They look like young children. Aaron couldn't believe how small and young they looked. He was sick. He'd ordered them from school. My nativity set cost $40. and Kayla's bear made him even sicker. It was about that much too and only about 7 or 8 inches.

Kayla has done several ballet dances with that bear (she'd named him A.J.--Aaron, Jerrod). She danced for Aaron's Homecoming Party with it and at his memorial in Lovington.
